Whoa haha today was so eventful i dun even tink i’ve got space to blog all abt it....well first up met Jilun, Stan and Ryan @ bishan to go play badminton..On the way to da stadium we got cot in a slight drizzle and got wet even b4 we started playing...but nvrtheless had a gd match: all of us trying out new moves and slams...haha many hilarious stunts were pulled of course.
At arnd 1250 plus, rushed to take a shower and headed to da coffeshop near jilun’s place to grab some lunch and again rushed off to his house cos i had to settle mi subject registration, which btw was a real headache. I could not put in mi maths combi so had to settle with MS2008 instead…yeap tat means I got 2 major difficult exams on the very same dae..WAD a BITCH!!!
Aniways after a quick lunch out @ Jilun’s, Anna came over to pick us wit together with Gina. Haha it had been a while since I went grocery shopping, so da moment I stepped into fairprice a nostalgic feeling of shopping with mi mum cropped up. Jilun and the gals searched for vege and meats while ryan, stan and me headed out to settle: Home décor…haha slackers!!! Well plus we helped take any stuff that they might have missed so ya…
WAhhh da whole day was raining like crazy since morning its like da goddamn rain wanted to irritate the crap outa us, because wen we were indoors not a single drop fell….well but even if was a shitty rainy day, there were 3 acts of kindness which were very touching indeed. 1st act: the McDonald’s aunty warned me to be careful while carrying mi hot coffee. 2nd act: Some aunty heard we were looking frantically for some vege and helped us find it. 3rd act: while eating lunch @ opp novena church the waitress helped us grab chairs and put our bags on it. Hmmm niceee…warm acts like these really helps u get thru friggin rainy days!
Going back to the highlight of the day, as we pulled into Anna’s place we met up with Shi Kai..weird coincidence?? Very much so….lol o ya Anna hunz ur place is hugeeeeee!! Omg she has a balcony that starts from the living room all the way to the end of the house!! O plus, after seeing her parents’ rm I got an inspiration for mi own. As the gals started preparing the food, the guys slumped infront of the TV, and as hard as we tried we cud not get up (prob coz of the Ellen show was on….damn Sharon osbourne was one of guests la). We did manage to camwhore though (wonder where we got the strength for tat). After that ended, we trudged down to the kitchen to chk out if they needed our help & apparently the only thing I managed to do was be the cameraman(Camwhore specialist @ work), even den I got screwed for taking UNGLAM shots…like hulo ur marinating chicken how friggin glam u wanna look?? Jeez..
So lil irked the guys decided to watch a movie instead while we wait our turn in the kitchen (actually we had to prepare dessert)..Wrong turn was the only choice because the rest of the movies were either watched or too boring!! And den time came to set up the table, and in came Boon and Nick…apparently I was trying to cre8 a subtle lighting arnd the table but unfortunately the tealights were too small to provide any real light(plus the fan kept blowing it out)..haha so much for ambience!
We were so full by the end that we jus stoned at the remaining uncooked food. But after gina’s stern instructions we all got up and cleared the tables and within the hour we were in the hall playing taboo and charades…ev1 was soo shagged a lot of ppl were cot dozing during the movie marathon (esp boon who act snored but got woken up by his dear…lol shd have taken a pic of his blur kok face aft tat damn lol…)
Aft that, one by one ppl started to lve and so the only ones left were Ryan, Stan, me, Gina and Anna (like duh….its not like she could have left her house rite??) after pouring some gin-7up, we settled to watch the only watchable movie: Harry Potter and the goblet of fire.
All in all it was mi 1st slumber party(@ sum1’s place other den a chalet) and I must say it was really gd….a big Hershey’s kiss to mi dearie Anna for inviting us over(and letting us thrash) her house!! Lol…yup we were really shagged but were all smiles :D
