WHoa OMG man, this family never fails to amaze me sia...kinda reminds me of a stubborn kid that wails on the floor of a candy store!
Last Friday, Forensic experts revealed that after rummaging through his laptop they had found a document entitled 'Last Words'. On it were accounts of personal and family problems and his unwillingness to carry on living. Plus, there were internet search references to the words: Murder and suicide.
2 witness that the family had provided had also been cross examined. One of them revealed that David had told him before that the FYP was i quote "hard and troublesome".
Yesterday was da last day of the inquiry (Thk god for that...first was AWARE now this goddamn saga), and David's family pulled yet another drama stunt. Without informing their lawyer, they wanted to sack him and hire SG's most famous lawyer, Subhas Anandan. But hiring him meant that they had to seek an adjournment to allow him to prepare for the case. On top of that, they wanted to call another 7 witnesses to the stand. WAD DA HELL rite...
But thkfully though the State coroner had enough and just gave them 2 choices: either stick with their current lawyer or proceed without any counsel. After apologising to their current lawyer for going behind his back, the family proceeded with the latter ultimatum!
The State Coroner is expected to deliver his verdict on 29 July.
