just cot the movie: THE KNOWING....was alrite...not too bad i mean the story line started out pretty fine...hmm but not all that spooky like 'SIGNS', little more of a mystery combined with "the day after tommorow" kinda movie! but i tink i've watched all too many movies with crappy ass endings and this movie definitely fit in the top 10.
I mean aliens selectively picking out kids with acute intelligence and then drop them onto another planet and the views pans out to them running towards a Tree...all too cliche! Adam N Eve under the Tree of Life?? O pls....and if onli it didn't end with the scene where the entire world went up in flames after being hit with a freak Solar flare, i cud easily mistake it for a Disney movie!
And while i watching one particular scene, it realli got me thinking! U noe how some kid always asks the adult if they're gonna die, and instantly the adult goes: "noooo,NO, NOOOO...hey look at me, NOOO... i'm never gonna let that happen to u OK?!"...well img if adult responded this way: "well bobby, as a matter of fact yes, YESH bobby...ur gona die soon, and not just die but a HORRIFIC tragic death where your brains pop outa ur head faster than you can scream out for mummy!!...but its ok cos when that time comes mummy will be rite beside you OK?!"
muahhaa well ges there goes mi Oscar for Best Director huh?
