Whoa had one hellava mng todae!! parents went out and the main water tap n connecting pipe had to be changed, so i tot ah how bad cud it be huh? muahah oh it was HARD alrite!! lol plus since i was doin it alone i had to run all the way outa mi house to turn on/off the main valve from PUB..and boy did i run cos even wen i turned it a lil, the water started spewing out or rather spraying out!
lol and after 4 unsuccessful attempts, which included me having to clean up all da water which amazingly flew everywhere but da god damn pail i put underneath it, i managed to figure the main issue was the connecting pipe i fit was still a lil loose. apparently, i had to screw it on all the way but sumhow it kept comin back loose. so i tried a lil white tape, which i have no idea wad the technical term for it is and tightened the nut til da last thread and voila, i found another service i could provide on the sidelines to earn xtra cash!! whoo hoo but seriously if u need me to do some basic plumbing, expect a fee which is equivalent to the work done!WHICH MITE BE A LOT..HAH
And during tt whole 2 hours (Yesh it took me 2 hrs to fix up a tap!), i cudn't help but imagine a day in the house w/out water..i mean it was like so impt!!! imean other than the obvious drinking for sustainance part: u can't pee, take a shit, bathe, wash ur clothes, etc etc.....
